Littlestorybug Helps Preschoolers Learn With Fun Online Activities

Littlestorybug's youtube channel for preschoolers is gaining popularity amongst children, parents, and educators. The fun felt board activities, storytime activities and preschool songs help children to learn while having fun. There are various themes for teachers to build into their lesson plans. If you've forgotten the words to a song, you can use littlestorybug's videos to learn the tune as well as the words.  If kids can see the song actually being performed it helps them to learn much faster."  The videos can be played over and over to help with memorization. Currently, there are 106 videos for kids to enjoy with new ones being created and uploaded weekly. If you're in need of theme-based activities for preschoolers, you will find videos on counting, colors, shapes, animals, holidays and much more. Some activities are also based on popular picture books for preschoolers.Teachers are also using the channel for recommendations on what books would be great to use with their preschoolers.  Teachers have also been sending messages to Ms. Tracey to ask for ideas for storytimes.  It's like having your own online children's librarian.Ms. Tracey has been a Children's Librarian for 21 years and has developed and performed hundreds of storytime programs for children.  She currently works as a Youth Services Librarian in the metro Atlanta area and has worked for many years with New York Public Library.
